On 7/19, I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, veggies, half chicken/barbacoa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on the side. Woke up around midnight with cramps and diarrhea. Still have light cramps and diarrhea on 7/23.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

This is the second time this month I've eaten a Chipotle burrito bowl and been sick the next day with stomach cramps and diarrhea. I get brown rice, chicken, fajita vegetables, chicken, corn salsa, black beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and chips.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Ate a steak burrito at chipotle and within an hour I was throwing up. I had to leave work early. Continued to vomit, I had a fever throughout the night, and had diarrhea the next day. By the third day I no longer had diarrhea or vomiting but felt achy and with an upset stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I checked off fever, but I never really checked to see if I had one. But I was trembling, shivering, hot/cold... your typical symptoms. I ordered a burrito bowl -- white rice, pinto beans, chicken, lettuce, sour cream, and some veggies. Symptoms occurred about an hour after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
