On 7/19, I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, veggies, half chicken/barbacoa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on the side. Woke up around midnight with cramps and diarrhea. Still have light cramps and diarrhea on 7/23.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

Ate a steak burrito at chipotle and within an hour I was throwing up. I had to leave work early. Continued to vomit, I had a fever throughout the night, and had diarrhea the next day. By the third day I no longer had diarrhea or vomiting but felt achy and with an upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
