I am reporting for my husband who ate at the Chipotle at Greyhawk - he had a salad bowl with carnitas for lunch. Was super sick last night with Diarrhea and vomiting.. home in bed today still feels aweful  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate there around 6:45 on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018. I ordered a burrito with carnitas and steak, cheese, guacamole, rice, and beans. Woke up very sick (diarrhea, vomiting) in the middle of the night and again today. That was the only thing I ate that day, so I am 100% sure that that is it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate on 09/23/2018 around 6pm. I had a carnitas burrito bowl with extra meat. About 1 hour later I started having abdominal pain. 4 hours after eating it my 11 month old son began vomiting. Shortly after I began vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚我去拿起墨西哥辣椒酱，点了一个带肉酱的墨西哥卷饼碗。我也有鳄梨调味酱的一面。我晚上 7 点左右吃了这个，我在床上，晚上 11 点左右我开始感到不适。我有胃痛然后服用腹泻。这种情况一直持续到整个晚上，整个早晨。我仍然有非常剧烈的胃痛，而且我整天都因为缺乏 appiete 而感到恶心。

I felt fine from the morning and went to chipotle for lunch. I had eaten a burrito bowl consisting of carnitas tomato lettuce and guacamole around 11:30AM at approximately 1:30PM I began experiencing severed abdominal pain, diarrhea, and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
