Had a white rice bowl with chicken, carnitas, mild and green salsa, fajita vegetables. It was definitely the chicken, as I watched the guy scoop the old chicken into the new chicken and give me a nice scoop of the old. 在下午 4 点 30 分左右吃了 Carnitas 沙拉 1/9/17，大约在晚上 7 点半左右，我开始感到胃部不适。从晚上 8 点 30 分到凌晨 4 点左右，我经历了严重的恶心和腹泻。第二天大部分时间我头痛和腹痛。

对于 Chiptotle 管理：订单 #234（17 年 1 月 9 日下午 4 点 18 分订购），如果你想查看这个，我有收据。我订购了两个 carnitas 沙拉（一个给我妻子），但是，由于第一个沙拉的问题（那天晚上晚些时候是给她的），一个就掉进了垃圾桶。

我不打算再吃 Chipotle 了。
