4 月 29 日下午 3 点左右在这里吃午饭后肚子疼后来在凌晨 3 点左右开始呕吐，整晚我一直发低烧以及腹泻、身体疼痛、胃痛和疲劳。持续了 24 小时多一点。我吃了一碗白米饭、黑豆、肉饼、生菜、pico、酸奶油，然后品尝了 barbacoa。

昨天 5 月 1 日和一位朋友和我 1 岁的儿子一起去了那里。我们都点了墨西哥卷饼。我的肉饼里有糙米、黑豆、辣酱、笔克、奶酪、生菜、guac 和玉米。她的是一个 barbacoa，里面有白米饭、黑豆、Pico、生菜、奶酪和酸奶油。我儿子吃了我的一部分墨西哥卷饼。我们去了家，大约 2 个小时后都开始感到不舒服。到了晚上，我们感觉真的很糟糕，两人都胃痛不好，睡得很早。我凌晨 1 点醒来呕吐和腹泻。我儿子醒来时挑剔地哭着抱着肚子但从来没有呕吐。我的朋友在凌晨 4 点醒来时出现了同样的症状。今天 5/2 我们三个人仍然有腹泻、恶心、发冷，而且都非常昏昏欲睡。我喜欢 chipotle 但这太令人沮丧了 :(

Ate a steak and carnitas burrito around 7pm on April 29,2016. About 12am I experienced diarrhea and at about 1:15 am I threw up, followed by constant throwing up throughout the night. Possibly the worst illness of my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate the burrito with white rice and pork (carnitas) on 4/22/16 at 7pm. The symptoms started at 5am this morning (4/23/16). Woke up with abdominal cramping and some nausea. Then severe diarrhea set in for the next 3 hours. (My husband ate the salad with chicken and has no symptoms.)  | 症状: 腹泻
