昨天 2016 年 6 月 7 日，我在德克萨斯州洛斯科利纳斯的北麦克阿瑟大道的 Bread Zeppelin 吃了午餐。我和同事一起吃饭。我们大约在 12:40 到达，大约 1:40 离开了。我订购了一份 “你的” 沙拉（火鸡、冰堡和长叶莴苣、白切达奶酪、西红柿、黄瓜和红洋葱搭配 “比牧场还轻” 的调味料）和一杯蔬菜汤。她在带面包的碗里点了一份凯撒沙拉。大约 10 个小时后，我突然受到强烈恶心、胃痛、腹泻和呕吐的打击-实际上是从一刻到下一刻。在大约2个小时内，上述所有症状都持续存在，然后最终几乎像开始时一样快地消退。
今天，2016 年 6 月 8 日，我问我的同事她是否有任何问题，她说在前一天晚上我发作的大约一个小时内，她突然因同样的症状被击中。就像我一样，她的症状持续了几个小时然后突然停止了。
这似乎是一个非常大的巧合。加, 那天晚上吃晚饭时，我们每个人都和其他和我们有相同事物的人一起吃饭，没有其他人有任何问题.这使我相信罪魁祸首是 Bread Zeppelin 的食物。

6 月 6 日星期一下午 5 点左右，我丈夫和我每个人都有一个牛肉 n 切达干酪三明治和卷曲薯条（上面没有切达干酪，因为它们搞砸了我们的订单），大约 8 点左右，我丈夫头疼得很厉害，上床睡觉了。6 月 7 日星期二早上 6 点左右，我变得恶心且非常寒冷，我丈夫醒来的同时也感到恶心。

Had the 2 for 5 beef n cheddar deal. Stopped through the drive-thru on Thursday June 2 between 6-7p.m. Consumed my food and started having diarrhea and vomiting symptoms within a half hour of consuming the food. Never eating here again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
