I ordered the southwest chicken salad with lime avocado ranch dressing. As soon as I finished the salad, my stomach started hurting really badly then I had to use the bathroom (in there for a while). I'm know I'll be back in the bathroom soon enough.  | 症状: 腹泻

My daughter had the tomato soup and chicken salad with basil dressing. She has had severe stomach cramping with diarrhea and vomiting. Started approximately 5-6 hours after she ate there. 我星期二午餐吃了鸡肉沙拉，周二晚上胃部和汽油不适。星期三我的肚子整天都在咕噜声，然后是星期三晚上到星期四，我得了可怕的腹泻和发烧，感觉非常虚弱和晕倒。星期四晚上，腹泻非常水汪汪，变成血腥。这种情况一直持续到星期五下午，似乎越来越好了，希望它能很快消失。
