今天，2019 年 2 月 23 日下午 2 点 30 分，我儿子订购了一个鸡肉托尔塔三明治，里面有所有白肉鸡肉、新鲜鳄梨、蛋黄酱、生菜和番茄。几个小时后，他一直在呕吐胃痛。好像是食物中毒。请注意这个三明治里的肉。它可能被污染了。

Went to eat on Thursday February 21 around 3 p.m. by 9p.m. I had diarrhea and then I began to vomit. I couldn't keep anything down not even water. I eat chicken, greens, vegetables, rolls and sweet potatoes. The food temperature didn't seem hot enough so I questioned it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Son ate Alice Springs chicken and fries at approx 8:45pm. Woke up next morning at 7am with nausea and vomiting. All other food he'd eaten that day someone else in the family had eaten; the chicken was the only difference.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

2 月 21 日，星期四得到了一份沙拉，里面有鸡肉、黑豆、奶酪、番茄莎莎酱、玉米。还有鳄梨调味酱的薯条。过去，鳄梨调味酱引起了问题（仅来自 Chipotle），这次我忘记了，有了一些朋友 guac。从那以后我有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。我要在第三天出现症状。
