我去了 Fields 然后得到了一个 k-town 炸鸡三明治和华夫饼薯条。我吃了它感觉有点奇怪但是还可以。食物味道不错。给我男朋友吃了完全一样的饭。那天晚上我遭受了严重的恶心和抽筋。男朋友整晚都发烧了然后呕吐。那是我们唯一吃的一顿饭，所以通过淘汰过程它就是鸡肉三明治。小心点。

活动日期时间表 61918 去 Popeyes Chicken 953 NW Plaza St. AnnMo 博士-购买了带有土豆泥和肉汁的鸡肉和虾组合-不喝 62018-62318 注意到腹胀和腹部不适少量腹泻 62318 从伊利诺伊州到阿拉巴马州开车 14 小时，全家度假62318 中午左右开始呕吐 feverchills 腹泻恶化-当我们去阿拉巴马州的公寓时直接上床睡觉 62418 早上 10 点左右因同样症状醒来无数次-腹泻变成了所有血液然后被带到佛罗里达州彭萨科拉的急诊室寻求治疗 62418 转移和当晚住在西佛罗里达医院-因为最初被认为是溃疡性结肠炎。62518-62618 仍在医院接受治疗 62618-63018 62618-63018 含药物和休息后以平淡的饮食返回公寓。63018 返回伊利诺伊州的家我去过 GI主要医生和辅导员。我已经经过彻底检查，以确保我没有永久性伤害-我现在正在接受焦虑药物治疗，因为我担心自己吃的东西会让我生病。
