汉堡王。2018 年 6 月 23 日。双重 whopper 和鸡块。两个吃同样东西的孩子都在 36 小时内生病了。一个只呕吐了 2 天然后没问题。然后另一个人断断续续地呕吐了一个星期，最终在急诊室当时住院了 4 天重病。这种毒药导致阑尾发炎、肠梗阻、使腹痛衰弱、白细胞计数、红细胞计数和其他血细胞计数水平升高。医院的医生说他们在同一家餐厅还有其他病例。我联系了 BK 质量控制部门，但不幸的是，这位女士并不担心，她告诉我他们没有其他报告，也无法帮助我们，尽管其中 2 个孩子因同样的食物而生病。

我和我丈夫在从 zoombeezi 湾回家的路上坐在鲍威尔 chipotle。他有一个鸡肉卷饼我有一个鸡肉碗。昨晚我们俩都说过太糟糕了，没有味道，但是在公园里晒了一天之后，我们饿了，无论如何都在回家的路上吃了它。我想说的是早上中旬是腹泻开始的时候。在过去的几个小时里，胃痉挛更加痛苦。我丈夫下班回家，他告诉我他的肚子也整天都在撕裂。然后，当我滚动浏览 Facebook 时，我看到了新闻报道，昨天也有人在那里吃过饭！！

我和我丈夫都在 7 月 27 日星期五下午 5 点 15 分拿到了鸡肉碗。我吃了鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、平托豆、温和的番茄莎酱、奶酪和生菜。我在星期五晚上吃了一半的饭，周六晚上 7 点左右我开始感到胃痛。周六晚上和周日我有腹泻和严重的胃痛。到周日晚上，我感觉好些了，但是今天（星期一）我仍然偶尔会有胃痛。
我丈夫吃了鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、平托豆、温和的番茄莎酱、热莎莎、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜。他星期六整天都有腹泻。

I had a chicken fajita burrito with mild and hot salsa, white rice, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner Saturday 7/28 around 7:30PM On Sunday, I had stomach ache for most of the day. I ate a burrito bowl on Friday for lunch around noon eastern. I had Brown Rice, Black Beans, Chicken, fajitas, queso, pico, sour cream, lettiuce, and cheese. My symptoms started at 3pm the following day. Painful stomach cramps and diarrhea. My symptoms have still persisted into Monday evening.  | 症状: 腹泻
