周六在 Applebee 餐厅吃了东方鸡肉沙拉作为晚餐。晚上 6 点左右吃了，到晚上 11 点我有腹泻、呕吐、抽筋和轻微发烧。第二天有同样的症状，但更加极端，加剧了严重的胃痛。不知道这些痛苦是食物中毒还是食物比普通的食物中毒更糟糕。周一整天都生病了，但仍然感觉很恶心。可能是周二去看医生，以了解我吃的东方鸡肉沙拉出了什么问题以及我生病了什么。

Ate around 7pm. Had the Santa Fe chicken salad. Had diarrhea about 2 hours later for about 2 hours. Other in my party did not get sick. I've had the salad many times without the diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

母亲节下午 5 点半左右访问了新的里约兰乔地点，刚吃了和拜访期间和我在一起的兄弟吃的东西差不多，唯一的区别是我吃了一块带洋葱的鸡肉和炖牛肉不知道是什么原因，45 分钟后不久我的胃就开始了疼痛，没引起太多注意，因为我吃得太多了，大约 7 点半左右我开始感到恶心，肚子感到臃肿，在我开始呕吐 x2 后不久，喝水没有服用任何药物开始变冷，即使我穿得暖和睡着了，一小时后醒来也开始再次呕吐，多喝水然后睡到第二天 5 月 15 日上午 8 点，感觉到胃痛和恶心，好像我发烧了，即出汗。这就是我现在的位置。5/15/17 pm 1:20。再也不会

去 PF Chang's 见面买二手车
在等车到达的时候，我去了酒吧订购了生菜鸡肉卷。
30 到 45 分钟后，开车回家时滴汗、发冷、颤抖、呕吐、腹泻，呕吐了几个小时后去急诊室待了 4 到 5 个小时。
静脉注射和抗呕吐药。这是星期六 5 点左右。整个母亲节都在发烧和腹泻
