晚上 9 点有花园沙拉、辣椒和米饭、双层巧克力饼干和初级巧克力冷若冰霜。凌晨 2 点半左右醒来时感到头晕。7:30 醒来时感到恶心和头晕。喝了果汁和水后，几分钟后立即呕吐。整天和晚上都在呕吐。发冷和发烧。第二天好一点，还是感觉像是恶心和头晕。
