我吃了酸甜鸡肉，还有几个螃蟹拉果。我还在我的食物中发现黑头发接近我的饭菜结束。我发现食物的时候已经吃掉了我开始感到非常生病和恶心，当我的肚子不断伤害很好几天。我差点扔了几次。这是第三天，我仍然有问题。这需要停止。

我在 9 月 13 日/20 日凌晨从我所在地区的泰国地方订购了蟹炒饭，然后去购物，把米饭放在车里约 2 个半或 3 个小时，然后回到家，放在柜台上大约一个小时，然后放在冰箱里，但在我把它放进冰箱之前，我拿了几个叉子里，而不是一个多小时，我觉得恶心，光头，头晕，今天 9/14/20，我有腹泻
