Dinner yesterday around 6:30 pm. I ordered the Spanish style enchiladas and my husband got chicken fajitas. He started to feel off around 10:00 that night and I woke up this morning at 6 am vomiting. Currently experiencing bad stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

5 月 31 日我们参加了 6 人聚会。我们晚上 9 点左右到了。我的男朋友点了特价菜单上的鸡肉辣酱玉米饼馅。没有其他人订购那道菜，也没有人生病。我们在回房间的路上晚上 10 点左右吃完饭，我的男朋友开始说他感觉过饱和热。我们在晚上 11 点之前不久回到房间，他病得很厉害。他有极度的胃痛、恶心、发冷和感觉很热。他每小时呕吐几次，直到凌晨 5 点左右。在此期间他无法保持水量。那天早上晚些时候，他能够减少一些液体。星期六晚上，他放下了一些盐碱和 2 根香蕉。周日早上，他感觉好多了，有两个来自星巴克的平淡糕点。他认为这不在他的系统范围内，他（事后看来愚蠢地）吃了一片奶酪披萨和美食广场的 Pepper 博士。这是他最后一次呕吐后的下午 5 点 30 分和 36 小时左右。他在 6:15 左右回到我们的房间然后又开始呕吐。他直到晚上 11 点才能保持饮水。我在 6 月 1 日星期六向他们的安全部门作了报告。

I woke this morning with severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. The last thing I ate last night was a frozen steak burrito. My sister who lives in NYC also came down with the same symptoms plus vomiting after eating frozen chicken enchiladas from her local store. What is happening????  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

On the afternoon of May 5th I ate at Las Agaves. I had beef enchiladas. My stomach started hurting about an hour after I ate and got worse as the night went on. When I woke up on the 6th around 5am I was nauseous and threw up. I have had severe diarrhea going on around 40 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
