On Tuesday, 4/23/2019, A friend picked up food from 24-hr Jack in the Box around 5 AM - bacon burger for him, chicken fajita pita & seasoned fries for me. We ate it within 1/2 hour.

No other food was consumed.

The only thing I had to eat today was chipolte at 2:30 pm: veggie burrito with white rice, black beans, fajita mix, one scoop medium, one acoop hot, sour cream, cheese and guac. 我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有糙米、平托豆、Fajita 蔬菜、新鲜番茄莎莎酱、烤辣椒玉米莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。我星期六去了 Chipotle，在星期一准备上学之前，我开始有腹泻，但我以为我的身体会克服它。到我上学的时候，我开始发抖，感到头晕。我放学三天了。我的腹泻非常糟糕，我感觉非常恶心，但从未呕吐过。
