我们昨晚（2019 年 9 月 23 日）晚上 8 点左右买了 3 顿饭。我吃了炸薯条和软饮料，我儿子吃了油炸，喝了汉堡包。我在凌晨 12 点 30 分左右、凌晨 1 点和凌晨 3 点左右呕吐。我儿子凌晨 3 点以后呕吐了四次，把肚子里的所有东西都清空了。我们一大早也有几次腹泻。现在我儿子太虚弱了，不能走路。这是我们有史以来最严重的食物中毒。（我们在美国有一些轻微的食物中毒）。在墨西哥坎昆，我们可以信任哪些食物/餐厅？

Third time going in 3 years. Last time was the culprit. Had medium Signature Burger, Bottled Root Beer and fries. 12 hours later ended up in the emergency room with ungodly abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea with vomiting.
