我在离开餐厅之前吃了午饭然后生病了，今天我的症状恶化了。昨天腹泻和头痛，视力模糊，今天偏头痛和呕吐。在我订购的带薯条的 double blt 吃完大约 10-15 分钟后，症状开始出现。白吐司、培根、生菜、番茄和蛋黄酱。我是唯一一个生病的人。

I got the quarter chicken dinner and a salad, the french fries seemed re-cooked and the salad (particularly the shredded carrots) seemed off in taste., About 1-2 hours after I started get churning stomach and basically its been 24 hours of horrible sickness.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

买了双芝士汉堡和薯条。吃完之后小睡一会。几个小时后我醒来时肚子疼，随着夜晚的过去，情况变得越来越糟。胃痛传到我的腹部，变得难以忍受。我也感到恶心，没有胃口，我的胃肿了。第二天早上我也有腹泻。20 小时后仍然有腹痛和恶心。

2019 年 5 月 25 日星期六，我吃了一个辣鸡肉三明治，里面有泡菜和胡椒杰克奶酪。在三明治的一边，我还有华夫饼干薯条和一个小樱桃味的冰。第二天我醒来时头痛严重，胃部严重，左上大腿剧烈疼痛。接下来我一直在不停地使用浴室... 我的凳子太水了，毫无疑问是腹泻。我不能停止去洗手间。这是我第一次经历这个过程，我一点都感觉不好。救命！
