2018 年 4 月 17 日，我吃完了 4 月 15 日购买的泰国腰果和智利腰果大约 3 个小时后，我感觉还不错。然后我头疼得很大，然后是恶心。我以为我有偏头痛的头痛。很快，在 10 分钟之内，我出现腹部抽筋、呕吐，然后大约 30 分钟后腹泻。如果我丈夫没来过那里帮我输液，我本来不得不叫救护车。我短暂地失去了知觉几次。我以前唯一没吃过的东西是腰果。而且坚果是我家里唯一没人吃过的东西。自 4 月 12 日以来我没有出去吃饭。那天没有新鲜的水果或蔬菜。16 日，我从 Trader Joe 的希腊全脂酸奶原味的新容器中获得了酸奶，还有来自 Trader Joe 进口的英国正宗柠檬凝乳的新罐装柠檬凝乳中的柠檬凝乳。16 日晚上，我吃了用黄油生菜制成的沙拉，这是来自 Trader Joe "s 的生菜头。我的家人毫无问题地吃了沙拉。
