I ate yesterday afternoon (03/19/18) and started feeling sick about 6 hours later with nausea then diarrhea. It's the next morning and I'm still running to the bathroom and feeling horrible. I ate at Morelia grill Sunday 2/18/18 round 2pm. Around 12 am my neice had vomiting and diarrhea. Around 3 am I started vomiting. My daughter started with vomiting and diarhea around 4 am. We all shared the green sauce so I'm thinking that's what got us sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了 2017 年 9 月 5 日的 chipotle 沙拉，其中包括罗马生菜、一点糙米、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、温和的（绿酱）奶酪和生菜。吃完食物一个小时后，我开始出汗，我的胃感觉很奇怪，好像心烦意乱，我觉得自己不得不呕吐。因此，我提早离开学校，当我回到家时，我呕吐了腹泻。今天，9月6日早上6点左右，我经历了有史以来最严重的腹部痉挛，比如剧烈的疼痛使我无法入睡，我不得不上厕所，但这种情况还在发生。我整天都没吃任何东西，因为我害怕吃东西，因为我不想再经历那种痛苦。

I ordered one chicken taco and the ne pork taco and a side of black beans
