18 年 9 月 13 日下午 1 点吃了 Sofritas，斑豆，鳄梨调味酱，pico de gallo，奶酪，玉米。9 月 14 日上午 12 点至凌晨 1 点从睡眠中醒来，腹泻（大肠便），弹丸呕吐，虚弱，发冷出汗，腹泻多（小便），脱水。1 小时后，症状停止了。

喜欢全食，但这是第一个。8 月 8 日下午吃了自制的鳄梨酱传统（包装 9/5/18）。那时在 9/9/18 上午 4:30 左右无法睡觉有可怕的胃痛和恶心，直到被汗水浸泡并将近流出来的地步。其次是几波疼痛/呕吐/腹泻。
