1pm 9/13/18 Ate Sofritas, pinto beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, corn. 12am to 1am 9/14/18 awoke from sleep with painful abdominal cramps, diarrhea (large bowel stool), projectile vomiting, weakness, chills sweats, more diarrhea (small bowel stool), dehydration. After 1 hour, symptoms stopped.

I went to chipotle on Maryland pkwy. I got a chicken bowl with rice and salsa and guacamole and cheese an hour later I had horrible stomach pains and kept vomiting. It was a horrible experience to go through at work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
