Visited at 12:30 on Friday November 17th. Ate a burrito bowl with guacamole. Friend ordered a similar dish and he did not get sick. Only difference was the guacamole. Ate no other food that would have made me sick. Symptoms showed up about 18 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

11 月 18 日星期六下午 2 点 50 分左右，我和一个朋友在旧金山新蒙哥马利街的 Chipotle 吃饭。

我的膳食包括：糙米，平托豆，索菲塔斯，pico de gallo，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。

第二天早上（11 月 19 日，星期日）我早上 7 点醒来时感觉到反流的冲动，腹部疼痛，我跑到洗手间后非常猛烈地呕吐。这是我有史以来最糟糕的呕吐经历。我刷完牙后回到床上，不得不赶回洗手间。我有过的最严重的腹泻：只有液体、一些胆汁、血液和粘液。我一直在往返洗手间，花了 30 多分钟不断地拉屎液体。那个 sh* t 像 f* ck 一样潮湿。

我在他们的网站上找不到联系 Chipotle 的方法，但是我刚刚提交了我的帐户，希望他们能回复。

牛排 Burito 配米饭、生菜和鳄梨调味酱。3 名家庭成员生病了。发生在大约两周前。一个人在进食后不久出现腹泻。另外两个人整夜都在腹泻和胃痛中受苦。其他家庭成员没有在那里吃饭，也没有症状。这不是第一次发生，现在我们的家人不愿意在奇波尔特吃饭。
