Ate a Kirkland hot dog and Pepperoni slice from the food court. Drank a diet Pepsi. Added ketchup, mustard, and relish to the hot dog. Gurgling sounds began 2 hours after consumption; diarrhea 3 hours post-consumption. Aggravation of symptoms the day after (today.)  | 症状: 腹泻

Burger van - ordered a burger from a food van on Tuesday 10th Sept 2019. It came in a french stick with lots of mustard and ketchup on top. There was some lettuce with it.
