I had the 4 for 4 crispy chicken but with the nuggets and fries and honey mustard and the natural lemonade. This happened Tuesday August 20th 2019. After eating it that same night I had diarrhea and the following 2 days after I was constantly going to the toilet throughout the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻

On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.

Dine on the 2nd August 2019., Both me and my partner. We both dined in there for dinnet on 2nd August. We had honey mustard chicken, stir fried asparagus, tom yam seafood, 2 rice and red ruby as dessert. 7 月 31 日星期三午餐时添加了辣椒和第戎芥末酱的 Vito。只有我整天吃的东西。晚上开始感到恶心，醒来后腹泻。症状恶化，恶心，严重腹泻，发烧，发冷，出汗，关节疼痛。今天还有腹泻，今天（8 月 2 日星期五）服用了 3 个 imodium。

我和妻子都在 19 年 7 月 21 日吃了饭。大概的用餐时间是下午 6:30。我们俩都在餐饮服务部门并获得服务安全认证。我实际上能够监督和管理测试。我们俩都有一点奶酪汉堡。我的生菜、番茄、烤洋葱、番茄酱、芥末酱和蛋黄酱。在她的身上是番茄酱，芥末酱，番茄和烤洋葱。我们分开了一个小薯条，然后从汽水分配器里拿了一个 Barques Root Beer。我们还吃了一些免费的花生。
晚上 10 点 30 分左右，我不得不去洗手间。在接下来的 5 个小时里，我有 14 集腹泻。我确实有些肌肉酸痛和恶心。我妻子也在抱怨抽筋。早上醒来时我妻子开始出现同样的症状，她有 6-8 次洗手间旅行。看看过去 18 个小时我们吃的东西我们所有的饭菜都是一样的。我们每个人早餐都吃了酸奶。午餐是奶酪盘和一杯自制汤。这是 3 天内第三次消费汤，之前没有任何问题。奶酪盘是我们在 2-4 天前开放的所有工匠奶酪，没有任何问题。除了那两顿饭我们只吃过。
