用秋葵和玉米块、蜂蜜芥末蘸酱一起吃一顿 JR 嫩餐。周五晚上 2:30 左右吃了。周六早上我感觉不住了，可怕的抽筋开始然后是腹泻。胃正在上下抽筋，我感觉软弱，但这似乎是一个温和的情况。谢天谢地因为我有 3 个男孩要照顾。

下午 2:00 吃了培根芝士汉堡只加芥末和洋葱，甜和普通的茶（我混合了）炸薯条，然后和我的孩子分享了草莓奶昔。一个小时之内我感觉不太好。我去睡个午觉（我在墓地上班）在 8 点醒来时因恶心和气体而醒来。吐了然后是腹泻。然后出现了冷汗和更多的呕吐。

I had the 4 for 4 crispy chicken but with the nuggets and fries and honey mustard and the natural lemonade. This happened Tuesday August 20th 2019. After eating it that same night I had diarrhea and the following 2 days after I was constantly going to the toilet throughout the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻

On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.
