I got the chicken Caesar salad with chicken noodle soup. Everything seemed good up until an hour or 2 past I felt like complete shit I was working and I went to the bathroom multiple times because I felt like I was gonna throw up.  | 症状: 恶心

Tuesday Aug 21st 2018, my friend and I both ate the house salad and the Chicken noodle soup. Within 24 hours we were both sick. I was hospitalized from Thursday to Saturday. My friends stool sample came back positive for Campylobacter and E-coli. We are both being treated with meds.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

这就是。一个月之内我第二次从 wawa 那里得了食物中毒。我两次都买了鸡肉面条汤（两家不同的商店）我以前吃过很多次汤没问题。我拿到汤的时候就吃了，几个小时后我醒来两次都吐出腹泻和严重的胃痛。
必须采取一些措施来防止食物使人生病

我花了 10 美元在一个墨西哥卷饼碗上，米饭煮得不足，15 分钟后回到家时几乎没有室温。
我吃了。第二天我就在这里。呕吐和生病我的胃非常恶心，有严重的腹泻病例。不得不休息一天。我什至不能压住鸡肉面条汤。
