We got the Chinese food special at the deli around 6:30 pm. First of all the food tasted very old, like it had been sitting in the case all day. 我吃了 3 卷用糙米（虾/鳄梨，辣金枪鱼，黄尾鱼/葱）和奶油芝士墨西哥胡椒天妇罗制成的寿司。4 小时后，我出现了几轮腹泻，似乎已经完成了。一个小时后，它又回来了十倍，我一定在 7 个多小时内上厕所 30 次，因为腹泻、发冷和不自主的抖动，对保持温度的敏感性以及寒冷和头晕。今天，这些症状已经消失了，只是感到虚弱和筋疲力尽，从那一晚的经历中减掉了 3 磅。
