Chicken burrito, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and chips with tomatillo salsa. Ate it at 12:30 on 12/18 and diarrhea started around 5:30. Vomiting started around 7:30 and continued until 1am and diarrhea is still happening at 7:30 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

星期四晚上我从熊猫那里得到了一个盘子，上面放着炒面、米饭、橙鸡和三角豆鸡。第二天早上我醒来时感觉恶心，头痛极大，没有食欲。我整天都感到恶心和疲劳，肚子里总是有致命的抽筋。我整天都没吃其他东西，所以中毒来自哪里似乎很清楚。现在我仍然感到疲倦、脱水和胃痉挛疼痛。

我 2 月 12 日（星期日）在这个地方吃了东西。我订购了一盘装有白米饭和两份橙鸡的盘子。很棒的食物，很开心。那天晚上回家了，感觉很恐怖。第二天，我昏昏欲睡（没有能量）、中度发烧、发冷、食欲不振和腹泻（导致一些脱水）。在过去的几天里情况有所好转，但仍然有胃部问题。

我越来越相信这只是沙门氏菌中毒的一例。我没有提出任何指控或类似性质的任何东西。我还是会在你们的地方吃饭而且不会生气。我只希望这个地方的工作人员能够在食品安全和处理实践方面接受更好的培训。尽管我有点疲惫，但我还是可以的，但是如果事情失控了，我很快就会去看医生。
