About an hour and a half after eating a chicken burrito with brown rice, guac, hot salsa, corn, and peppers i started to feel nauseous. I have vommitted twice and still feel nauseous. My stomach continues to feel active after vommitting. 3 hours later i am feeling a little better.  | 症状: 呕吐

我昨晚进入盐湖城，然后在 1011E 2100 秒去了 Chipotle。我买了索菲塔卷饼，里面有黑豆、白米饭、quacamole、生菜和蔬菜。昨晚（2017 年 2 月 22 日）我醒来，腹泻严重持续了大约一个小时，太糟糕了，我实际上昏倒了，把头撞到了地板上。我有冷汗，耳朵里有响声，现在还有头晕的咒语，我不得不躺下。太糟糕了！

Ordered fish with a side of rice. I think the main source of the food poisoning was from the fish. Although my friend, who ate the rice, also experienced diarrhea. Symptoms have persisted for almost 3 days with significant abdominal pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
