Got one of the most painful diarhea of my life after eating the chicken yakisoba. Happened multiple times. In the past, I had their tacos and rice dishes and those never gave me any problems. It seem that the yakisoba I got today was pretty bad.  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a chicken bowl with (brown rice, pinto beans, salad, corn and mild sauce) today around noon and while I was eating it I smelled that something was spoiled I think that it was the rice or the corn. When I finished it eating it my stomach starting feeling upset. And then I had diarrhea .  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 8 月 21 日星期日访问了 chipotle。我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面有米饭、黑豆、奶酪、鸡肉、酸奶油、温和的莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。到星期一晚上，我出现了严重的恶心、抖动、发冷、发烧和 diherra。三天后，我去了急诊室，得到了药丸来消除恶心，但我仍然有症状。我明天要去医院接受官方诊断，但是我的护士妈妈说我要么感染了沙门氏菌，要么感染了另一种细菌。
