Gf and I went to chipotle around 3pm
I ordered the chicken bowl brown rice black beans corn guac lettuce sour cream
About 5pm had excruciating abdominal pain so I went to sleep. Woke up about 9pm with bowel problems for over an hour  | 症状: 腹泻

I had one taco with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream and a side of white rice. After about 6 hours i felt sick. Now I feel like I've been drained of all my energy and I am certainly not eating from there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Yesterday evening had the small combo pork yellow rice and beans could not sleep finally came the diarrhea then the most violent vomiting in my 72 yrs 5 times so far still feel it coming have loved their till now  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我和我 10 岁的女儿于 2016 年 8 月 19 日下午 12:08 去了宜家。有以下情况：
食物物品：
2x-蔬菜奖章
2x-大蒜吐司
1-咖啡
1x-鸡肉饭汤
1x-儿童蜂蜜酒（肉丸和薯条）
1x-冰茶

我们全身有恶心和/或呕吐、头痛、腹泻、胃痉挛、高烧、腹痛、肌肉酸痛、荨麻疹 2 天。

这持续了 8 月 19 日至 8 月 28 日，持续了一个多星期。

最有趣的事情是宜家打电话给我，下次回来时免费为我提供一顿饭。:(

I ate 8-29-16 around 9:45pm had a steak and chicken bowl with brown rice cheese lettuce and all three salsas and black pinto beans. Had a horrible stomach ace with diarrhea and Nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧
