Ate at Chipotle , chicken bowl, brown rice , cheese, sour cream , salsa and next day got very nauseous and vomitted 3 times. Felt better after that. It came on suddenly and went away suddently. I did once see them putting a thermometer in each bin and rinsing it in dirty water each time.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

September 6, 2016 at 8:25p I ate a chicken bowl from chipotle. Brown Rice, fajitas, double chicken, cheese, corn salsa, mild & hot salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. I noticed symptoms (nausea, diarrhea) around 10:45pm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

9 月 4 日星期天我去了 Chipotle。我正在吃午饭，我点了一个鸡碗，里面放着白米饭、黑豆、玉米、酸奶油、pico de gallo、红酱和生菜。那天晚上晚些时候上班的时候，我头疼得很厉害，不会消失，我甚至向我的主管要布洛芬。那天晚上我像凌晨 4 点一样醒来，肚子疼痛和 diahrrea，从那以后我再也没能吃太多东西了，diahhrea 和胃痛仍在继续。

I ordered a chicken burrito, black bean white rice, cheese sour cream, and hot salsa. Got burrito at around 4pm an hour later had major diarrhea later in the evening went to the movies and had to leave early from the movies because felt nauseous like I was going to throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had salad with chicken, onions, mixed veggies, & dressing. Immediately after consuming the food I felt sick & had diarrhea. The next week was hell to say the least. For TWO weeks straight I had extreme diarrhea like waterfalls coming out. Everything I ate did not stay… 更多

9/3/2016 purchased and consumed a carnitas burrito including pinto beans, white rice, mild salsa, lettuce and guacamole at approx 6:30pm. 2 hours later at approximately 8pm started to feel nauseous which was then followed with vommiting and diarrhea.
