Both my husband (64) and I (63) ate at Chipolte in Olympia at around 2:15 p.m. I had veg. salad, my husband had the salad, but with the chicken. I feel fine so far, but it is only 4:27 p.m. and he is vomiting and feels awful.… 更多

16 年 9 月 9 日星期五晚上，我吃了一个卷饼碗，里面有肉酱、糙米、香菜、黑豆、萨尔萨佛得角、酸奶油、guac 和一些奶酪。刚有水可以喝。腹部抽筋，腹泻在大约 4 小时后开始，然后是整夜的呕吐和持续的胃肠道不适。今天（第二天）我打电话给 Chipotle 与经理谈谈这件事，以便他可以采取积极措施预防更多的疾病，他声称：“嗯，我知道生病需要 24 小时... 你确定这是我们的食物吗？我门外有排队。”那是什么样的回应？？？？？？？？我告诉他我也会联系公共卫生部门，我认识的每个人都会被警告不要在这个 Chipotle 吃饭。

我在 9 月 7 日吃了 Chickel bowl 鸡肉碗里有白米饭、黑豆、fajita、玉米、奶酪、pico de gallo、红酱和生菜，晚上我头痛了。晚上会发冷。第二天早上身体疼痛严重。我打电话给病人去办公室。我整天都有腹泻。我刚拿了泰诺和 nyquil。今天 09/09 我感觉早上还有腹泻好多了 80％。几个月前我有过类似的事情，但没那么严重，然后我以为那只是巧合。
