Had a burrito bowl with brown rice, both beans, fajitas, sofritas (tofu), mild salsa, cheese, guac, and lettuce with water. Began throwing up violently later that night and throughout the entire night. Terrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a chicken burrito, brown rice, pinto beans, medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, and Mr. Pibb soda around 9pm last night. Felt very sick and began throwing up with an hour or two. Began experiencing diarrhea later last night. Experienced simultaneous vomiting an diarrhea at least 5 times… 更多

吃了 2 个大米和豆卷饼，没有奶酪，没有酱汁。晚上 8 点半左右，几乎立即出现非常轻微的恶心症状（我非常敏感），到凌晨 4 点，我头疼得很饱，呕吐，发冷，胃痛；现在是上午 9 点，症状还没有消退  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战, 胃痛
