在吃了一只预煮好的烤鸡和沙拉吧里的沙拉 2.30 小时后，我病得了暴力。在呕吐了十几次却看不到尽头之后，我不得不去当地的急诊室。给我的舌下药对恶心不起作用。他们必须给我注射药来治疗恶心，但这是一种麻醉品，几乎把我击倒了。我在急性研究所呆了 5.3 个小时，第二天失去了一天的工作时间。

午休时间我在购物中心的 Subway 买了一只长一英尺长的烤箱烤鸡。吃了一个小时之内，我就得到了我认为是紧张的头痛。我感到过热和有点恶心，但是能够完成最后 4 个小时的轮班。下班后我去了另一家餐厅，以为我可能需要吃点别的东西来摆脱头痛。当我的食物到达时，我开始感到恶心，几乎不能咬一口。我不得不要求一个要走的盒子。我在妈妈的工作旁停下来问我是否可以在车里等到她 20 分钟后下车，一旦我上了车，我就试图躺下，但开始扔了好几次。有一次我在汽车行驶时吐了起来，而我们回到家的第二个时候呕吐最多。幸运的是我们吃了一些抗恶心药，这有助于抑制我呕吐足够长的时间以便我入睡并在剩下的食物中毒事件中睡觉的需要。
