这里有 2 个沙拉。一个是炸鸡沙拉，另一个是涂核桃沙拉。我吃了炸鸡沙拉，立刻出现了严重的胃痛、头晕、恶心。我当时在工作，所以我想完成工作，什么时候去这里的客户服务退回另一个。他们说它不在系统中（即使是我早上拿到的），所以他们什么也做不了。

I had the romaine and lentil salad with eggplant, red pepper hummus, roasted vegetables, and chicken for lunch. Something was off —salad had an unusual grittiness and I started feeling sick that night after skipping dinner.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

After an interview, I went to Panera Bread for lunch. I had the two for two summer corn chowder and chicken Caesar salad. I went shopping.Within three hours, I had to go to the rest room at Target.
