我在下午 3 点 30 分左右吃了沙拉，大约在晚上 7 点左右开始腹痛。然后我发展了多次腹泻并呕吐，持续约十二个小时。我发烧和发冷了约 30 个小时，身体上的肌肉疼痛以及弥漫性关节疼痛。现在 36 小时后，我仍然有腹痛和背部疼痛，没有食欲。
