我在 2017 年 2 月 8 日星期三下午 1 点 30 分左右在第六大道 1211 号吃了 Fresh&Co 的沙拉三明治。我开始感觉有点滑稽，然后在下午 5 点之前变得恶心。我及时回家，在 7 点时因呕吐和腹泻而暴力生病之前。我最终也发烧和虚弱。可怕的经历。我的症状持续了 2 天多一点，但我无法上班。

I ate around 8:50pm. I got a pei wei spicy chicken salad. I started feeling really bad stomach cramps within a few hours. At 3am I have been vomiting and have diarrhea and finally subsided a bit and it is after 12 noon the following day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们在新泽西州永久业权的 Wendy's 吃饭。我丈夫吃了地中海鸡肉沙拉。大约一个小时后，他在回家的路上开始在车里呕吐。后来我们不得不停下来因为他发冷了。然后他去洗手间腹泻非常严重。他抱怨自己的胃受伤而且头晕目眩。他告诉我他恶心了，觉得自己发烧了。我们现在就要去医院了我很失望。
