我吃了柯布沙拉，吃沙拉时我立刻开始感到头晕。我去了餐厅的洗手间。然后我没事了大约一个小时。当我回到家的时候房间在旋转，我扔了三遍。我也有腹泻。第二天早上我也吐了两次。24 小时后我现在好多了，但是今天我吃的食物很少。

September 24th bought ‘Power to the greens’ salad mix along with butter lettuce in bag. I bought TJ turkey burgers and TJ organic ranch dressing. Made salad with all of the above. Wednesday morning stomach was beyond upset. Carried into Thursday and finally has somewhat settled down… 更多
