I had half a barbacoa burrito with black beans, corn salsa, fajita veggies, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and cheese. I also had some chips and guac. About 4 hours later, I started to feel sick to my stomach. I have been violently ill for the past 3 hours with no signs of stopping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to Chipotle off 1512 Walnut St for dinner last night (4/12/2018) around 5 pm. Got a chicken salad with brown rice, dressing, no beans, 2 scoops of mild salsa, 1 scoop of corn, sour cream, no chips nor guacamole. WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Chipotle 是我的最爱，但是吃了它并且生病了之后，我看不到自己回去了。我有 2 个 barbacoa 炸玉米饼配生菜和温和的莎莎酱。还有一半的鸡肉卷饼配白米饭、鸡肉、平托豆、奶酪、玉米莎酱和温和的莎莎酱。我计划将另一半保存下来供以后使用，但是一旦我生病就把它扔掉了。大概在一两个小时之内，我开始有胃痛，然后跑到洗手间呕吐。我腹泻后不久。我整天整夜都在呕吐和腹泻，疼痛和发冷。第二天晚上我几乎不想吐水就不能把水压下来。但是到了第二天晚上，我可以喝一些佳得乐，然后吃了几个咸饼干。那是有史以来最糟糕的白天/黑夜！

Went to location with bike family for bike for BOGO yesterday around 5:30 pm. Ate with group. Two of us are the exact same thing, with three ingredients different to the rest. Within the next 12 hours we were both hit with diarrhea and vomiting. Veggie mix, corn salsa, guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Been there many times for lunch, this was the first time I'd had the steak. Had a regular size, classic style burrito with chips and the medium salsa on the side. Felt like a hot lump in my stomach all afternoon and when I got home I started having diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, queso, corn salsa, and shredded cheese with a bag of chips. I use the chips to eat the burrito bowl. Wasn't even done eating when I had to legit run the the bathroom where I was for the next hour with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

我有鸡肉卷饼沙拉碗：鸡肉、1/2 量的白米饭、烤蔬菜、生菜、pick、中号莎莎酱、少量（2 汤匙）奶酪。

吃了一半的东西大约 30 分钟后感觉有点恶心。没想太多，因为我很快就吃了它，这是我今天的第一顿饭。
大约 5 小时后，剧烈呕吐、腹泻、发冷，然后在凌晨发烧。已经 36 个小时了，还有腹泻。

我已经好几年没吃过 chipotle 了，我不会回来了！
