我于 16 年 11 月 19 日下午 1 点左右去了奇波尔特。下午 4 点 40 分，我开始一遍又一遍地呕吐。我还是觉得非常恶心。我吃了鸡肉卷饼配白米饭，fajitas，温和的莎莎酱，奶酪，生菜和酸奶油。我还剩下一些东西，所以我保留了它，以防我最终进入急诊室并且需要进行测试。

I ordered the steak tacos with cheese, Pico, and salsa. I ordered it around 430 pm on 18 Nov 2016. At about 5 pm I had uncontrollable diarrhea accompanied by a fever. The time is now 630 pm and I feel better but my stomach feels completely emptied.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

My mom and I had the steak bowl. Toppings included lettuce, salsa, sour cream, hot sauce and cheese. After eating it my mom said she felt a little weird but it passed. Then later that night she kept having to go to the bathroom and is currently covered in blankets.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

This afternoon during the 12 lunch hour I ate a steak burrito bowl and my husband had a Barbacoa burrito bowl. I am extreme sick with painful stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea.
