Had a chorizo burrito yesterday with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, sour cream and cheese. Felt a little funny an hour later. Had to make 4-5 trips to bathroom last night, another this morning. Missing work today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had a barbacoa burrito with brown rice, both beans, corn salsa, lettuce and cheese. Symptoms started at 5:15am diarrhea and vomiting. My husband also had a burrito but not barbacoa and is not having any symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken bowl with black beans, corn, green peppers and onions, spicy salsa, cheese, little sour cream and lettuce at 11:45am yesterday for lunch. I had full blown diarrhea right after. I have cramps even on the second day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

24 小时前。沙拉配 1/2 只鸡肉 1/2 sofritas、黑豆、玉米莎莎、pico de gallo 没有酸奶油没有大米。几个小时后感到不安和恶心，然后 8 小时后腹泻开始了，然后呕吐。用几口水拿了电解质。因紧急腹泻醒了好几次。24 小时后，胃痛还很恶心，需要呕吐。还没看过医生。

我姐姐在 16 年 10 月 22 日在波莫纳谷医院分娩，我饿死了，早些时候只有水果零食和水。晚上 8 点左右我跑到了最近的 Chipotle。我在洛杉矶当地的 Chipotle 得到了平时得到的东西，一个鸡肉碗，里面装有白米饭、黑豆、玉米、中等莎莎酱、鳄梨调味酱、奶酪和生菜。碗很好吃，这里没什么抱怨。那天晚上 12 点我醒来，肚子里有一些非常强烈的咯咯声。到 16 年 10 月 23 日早上，我腹泻已经完全爆发了。我整天都有抽筋，而 Pepto Bismol 没用。我现在要结束第二天的食物中毒了。希望一切都能在上午结束。

我和妈妈去那里吃午饭，食物实际上味道很棒。后来我开始流血，但我以为是莎莎酱，所以我不用担心。第二天我觉得我必须拿 2 号然后扔掉所以我上学以为它会消失。当我经历这一天的时候，我真的生病了。然后我开始头疼得很厉害。
