我和我丈夫昨晚在晚餐时吃了 chipotle 我们已经几个月没吃了。今天他和我一直在为洗手间而战。严重腹泻、恶心、胃痉挛和整体感觉像是食物中毒的坏情况。我吃了沙拉、鸡肉、番茄莎莎、玉米莎莎、鳄梨调味酱、奶酪、沙拉酱。我丈夫吃了墨西哥卷饼碗、双鸡、鳄梨调味酱、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米莎莎、白米饭和红辣酱。

I had lunch there around 1:45 I ate a bowl with rice pork tufu salsa guacamole sour cheam & cheese the symtoms started around 12am I was vomiting & diarrhea all night long was violently ill till about 6 am lost a day of work because of this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Family ate here on 02/06/2016 for lunch. About an hour after eating husband started getting uncontrollable diarrhea and it hasn't stopped 24 hours later he's still in pain and running to the bathroom.
