I ordered a chicken burrito, black bean white rice, cheese sour cream, and hot salsa. Got burrito at around 4pm an hour later had major diarrhea later in the evening went to the movies and had to leave early from the movies because felt nauseous like I was going to throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我吃了玉米片贝尔格兰德，加入洋葱和额外的酸奶油，再加上双层炸玉米饼，加玉米片奶酪。我在晚上 11 点 30 分吃了这个。我整夜都肿了，生病了，现在自今天早上 10 点以来，我的腹部出现了爆炸性腹泻，气体和疼痛，现在已经是下午 4:30 了，而且还在继续。不得不取消计划。非常恶心和悲惨。没吃别的东西

I ordered the chicken bowl brown rice black beans corn guac lettuce sour cream

我吃了一个鸡肉墨西哥玉米饼然后在他身边吃了酸奶油和 pico de gallo。这就是我站在一边的全部。吃了 2 个小时后，我变得非常恶心，以至于我食欲不振，胃痛很强。随着时间的推移，我最终开始感觉更糟，第二天症状恶化。我最终出现了 4 次以上的腹泻发作，包括呕吐了几个小时。到目前为止，我仍然有症状，与一位医生的朋友交谈时认为这很可能是食物中毒。永远不要从这个场所吃东西。
