Had a beefy 5-layer burrito w/out sour cream and beans, and a double decker taco w/out bean . This is the second time I've gotten food poisoning from this Taco Bell. Symptoms started hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

晚上 7 点吃了，注意到酸奶油的质地很奇怪。晚上 8 点 30 分开始腹泻，9:30 呕吐。呕吐每隔 15 分钟持续一次，直到胃空了，然后干燥起伏和胆汁。脱水且无法保持水分，早上 12 点 30 分去医院急诊室，凌晨 2 点的猫扫描报告肠道发炎，之后保持观察 24 小时。还是恶心，还有腹泻。服用液体饮食直到症状消退。
