16 年 2 月 25 日下午 1 点我吃了午餐，点了一个白色的饭碗，里面有萨弗里塔、生菜、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米和热莎莎酱。到下午 4 点，我开始感觉到胃痉挛、胀气、恶心、发冷和身体疼痛的严重症状。气体变成了 diareah 并持续了 2 天（我进入第 3 天的时候还没有稳定的动作，但终于开始感觉好些了，不必经常去）。第一天的寒战和身体疼痛是如此严重，我去了紧急护理。一天后寒意消退了，但胃痉挛、气体和腹泻仍然存在。

I had a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, mild pico, sour cream, cheese. The next morning I had major diarrhea but really assumed nothing of it. Then while I was at school, I started to become very nauseous and my head hurt. I eventually started shaking and threw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
