I had a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, mild pico, sour cream, cheese. The next morning I had major diarrhea but really assumed nothing of it. I went to Moe's last night around 6pm. I got a rice bowl with pork, black beans, onion, peppers, guac, and sour cream. Almost on the dot of 12 hours later, I be an haveing severe diarrhea followed by vomiting and chills.
