我们大约 8 点半左右在温迪餐厅吃了晚餐。因为我们有一个深夜，我的未婚夫去接它了。之前我们已经有温迪那么晚了。所以我们认为这是个好主意。我叫他给我一个惊喜所以他得到了一个培根器。一切都很好，直到我在凌晨 2 点 50 分因胃部疼痛而醒来，所以我去了洗手间。我得了腹泻。然后我的嘴开始流水，然后我开始用大块培根呕吐。我喝了水然后继续呕吐了大约 3 个小时。我回去睡了一个小时和同样的事情。第二天我无法保持任何东西，我患有抽筋和腹痛。我继续有同样的症状。第二天我的症状缓解了，但我几乎不喝任何东西或者几乎不喝任何东西 b 因为我会把它扔进嘴里或完全扔进嘴里。第三天，我因腹部抽筋而醒来，我正在努力保持一块简单的吐司。现在疼痛已经消退了，但我的身体感觉虚弱，昨天我的发烧爆发了。

其他症状：下班后 @ 1:30am-腹泻、恶心、发冷、出汗过多、食欲不振、胃痉挛剧烈、腿部无力。第二天-腹泻、身体肌肉酸痛、颈部疼痛和僵硬。

吃过的食物：午餐-纳帕杏仁鸡肉沙拉三明治

那天我唯一吃的其他食物是早上自制的花生酱和果冻吐司。我可以排除这是生病的原因，因为我每天早上都吃这个作为早餐。
