I ate a Spinach Wrap with turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, jalapeños, pickles, and mustard at 1400 hours. At 1830 hours, I began having terrible diarrhea and vomiting (specifically the food I ate).  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had the chicken and bacon wrap with all the salad items except onion, I had the southwest dressing on it as well.
The wrap tasted fine but within 24 hours I had diarrhoea, vomiting and horrendous sweating. Even now with nothing in my system I still feel nauseous  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗

员工说没有更多的酸奶油，但是后来有酸奶油作为紧缩包装。感到困惑，但还是决定把紧缩包装拿到最高水准。我晚上 8 点左右吃了，之后立刻感到恶心。整个第二天早上我都有胃痉挛。直到下午 6 点我才饿，那时我才开始呕吐。我无法压住任何东西。现在是第二天，我仍然无法保持任何东西。我猜是酸奶油 :(

Spinach feta wrap and shortbread cookies., Only 1 sick but I was sipping on Gatorade before so I don’t know if that’s the true cause and not the food.
