Family went here for dinner on May 7. Husband and I both got sick. Children did not, thank goodness. The only common food we had that our children did not was the chicken. We also both ate white rice and both types of beans. Our son had only a few bites.  | 症状: 腹泻

有一个鸡肉卷饼碗里有品托，黑豆，白米饭，玉米，Pico/Hot Salsa，fajita 混合物，鳄梨调味酱和生菜。现在正遭受胃痛、恶心和疾病。感觉太糟糕了。不得不休息一天。如果今天下午情况还没有好转，考虑去紧急护理。非常失望，因为我试图忠于 Chipotle，但我觉得它仍然不安全！

我吃了软炸玉米饼配鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜，大约 12 小时后病得了暴力。同时呕吐和腹泻（每小时几次）24 小时以上，身体发冷和疼痛。我差点去急诊室是因为我无法保持下水，但我决定等一晚，早上感觉好多了。

我相信可能是生菜被污染了，因为我是我们四人中唯一一个生病的人，而且我也是唯一一个在饭上吃生菜的人。我的免疫力也受到损害。

I order the carnival bowl on Saturday and on Sunday at 2:00 am all heel broke loose. Vomiting and diarrhea is chronic. My body is so sort and my head is spinning. I gave my friend two mouth full to try and she also got sick but not as bad as me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
