1 点左右吃了牛排卷饼碗吃午饭。5 点半左右开始感觉胃痉挛。到了 7 点，我正赶到洗手间，不确定它会从哪一端出来。我在 8 点半之前开始猛烈呕吐，持续了整夜，伴随着发烧和发冷。第二天我非常痛苦，直到两天后才能吃任何东西。永远不要再吃 chipotle 了。
